Here are some tips and info that will interest every scuba diver.

    1. We all know how hard it is to get wet dive gloves back on you hands, but one thing you can try is to wear a pair of silicone plastic gloves under your diving gloves. Your diving gloves will slip on in a snap this way.

Scuba Diving Tips2. All divers want to get the most underwater time out of their air supply and many factors can help with this. Your dive gear should be as streamline as possible and your kicks should be done using your whole leg, not bet at the knees. Keeping calm will use less air also until that reef shark shows up and you can’t help but breathe faster from the excitement. Focusing on your breathing, keeping it slow and deep, will stretch your air supply also. All this takes time to make it automatic and once you think you have got it, dive with a veteran diver and see who hits 100 psi first.

Scuba Diving Tricks Of The Trade3. To find out if your mask is correct for your face, hold it to your face and inhale through your nose. If you have the right mask, it should stay without the use of a strap. If there is a gap that allows you to keep inhaling, it is not the mask for you.

    4. If you are prone to seasickness, Ginger has been proven to work better than the over the counter seasick pills.

    5. If your seasick feeling follows you underwater, know that it is OK to puke through your regulator. Just hold the purge button till you are done.
